Lovely gym and always feel at ease and welcome here. Staff are all well knowledged and polite. Some brilliant class exercises too. Has improved my confidence and energy levels 👌
I joined this gym a month ago. Love it here. I'm a big guy and nobody has judged me like other local gyms. I can always get on the equipment and not feel pressured to get off straight away.
